Epoxy & Urethane Flooring
Floorcrete offers wide range of products and services when it comes to industrial and commercial resinous flooring systems. These systems are very customizable with a broad array of applications, making them suitable for any environment.
The first type of flooring system that our company offers is epoxy floor system. Epoxy floor systems and overlays are formulated specifically to have physical characteristics that show excellent abrasion, impact and chemical resistance. Epoxy coating is easy to maintain, cost effective, customizable to any look or design and offer solutions that meet safety requirements such as slip and fire resistance. Epoxy Floor Coatings for Concrete can be used to restore old damaged floors or installed on new floors to protect against premature deterioration of concrete due to dirt, oil, and chemical contamination.
Epoxy floor systems are available in a variety of colours that can be applied either as one solid colour or multiple colours for improved on-site safety and traffic flow. Epoxy flooring has many applications in different industries including: pharmaceutical, food and beverages, cosmetic, medical, chemical, electrical, aviation, and many more.
Prior to installing epoxy floor systems our team of experts use their knowledge and years of experience to select the right method of surface preparation. For more information about our surface preparation process please refer to Surface Preparation page.

Urethane Flooring and Coating
Floorcrete also offers polyurethane and polyaspartic flooring systems. Urethanes are formulated to have UV resistance properties and are used as a top coat over epoxy floors to prevent the surface from yellowing in direct sunlight. Polyurethane flooring systems also have a better tolerance for temperature cycling and are used in environments with temperature fluctuations and hot/cold wash-downs. Their excellent abrasion resistance make them suitable for floors with constant heavy traffic. Urethane systems show high level of resistance to: hydraulic fluids, acids, alkalis, jet fuels, alcohols, detergent, salt, cutting oil and grease.
Polyaspartic Flooring Systems
Polyaspartic flooring systems are ideal for use in environments with very cold or very hot temperatures, both indoors and outdoors. They cure much faster than epoxy or urethane systems and are flexible enough to bridge small cracks. They withstand high temperatures and have excellent stain and UV resistance.
